An early preview

The site is still being built. Features may change or be removed, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. We may pause or close it at any time. Before closing it, we’ll post a notice on the site at least 14 days ahead wherever we can, so you can download your collections.

Accounts

• Accounts are by invitation only. Sign-up links are personal and work once.
• You must be 18 or over to have an account. Searching cards doesn’t need one.
• During the preview, accounts are for people living in Australia.
• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Your collections

The collections you make are yours. We use them only to run the site, as the privacy policy explains. You can download each collection as a CSV file, and you can ask us at any time to correct your email address or delete your account.

Using the site fairly

Please don’t:

• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect card information, pictures or prices from the site
• try to get around rate limits or other security measures, or test the site’s security without our written permission
• try to get into anyone else’s account or information
• do anything that disrupts the site or slows it down for others
• use the site for anything unlawful

If you need card information in bulk, MTGJSON and Scryfall offer it directly, under their own terms (see Credits & licences).

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Unless it’s serious, such as an attack on the site, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to download your collections.

Card information and prices

EchoFolio TCG is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy. Not approved/endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. ©Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Card and set information and prices come from MTGJSON, and card pictures and set symbols from Scryfall. EchoFolio TCG isn’t produced by, endorsed by or affiliated with MTGJSON, Scryfall or the stores whose prices it shows.

Prices are estimates gathered from stores such as TCGplayer, Card Kingdom and Cardmarket, converted to your currency with the European Central Bank’s reference rates. They may be out of date or wrong. They aren’t an offer to buy or sell, or advice about what to buy or sell: check with the seller before you buy or sell.

No guarantees

The site is free and provided as it is. We work to keep it running, accurate and secure, and we back it up regularly, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, or that information will never be lost. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss from using the site, including decisions based on the prices it shows.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other law that can’t be excluded.

Ending your account

You can stop using the site whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account. We’ll delete your account and collections promptly, and they leave our backups within about 28 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and we’ll let you know about any significant change, on the site or by email, at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you don’t agree with a change, you can ask us to delete your account.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
